  Last time I was there customer service was horrible. The place was maybe a third full and 20-30 min gaps would go by trying to get refills, etc. Gave up on getting additional fries. Last few visits didn't seem worth the cost, though they are ...decent on price.

  I will NOT be going back to this location EVERRRR!!! The service is absolutely terrible and this is not the 1st time I have had poor service. I ordered from this location for a delivery through grubhub and my order was made wrong after I SPECIFICALLY put in capital letters what I did not want on my sandwich. They forgot my child's broccoli and the cheesecake was still FROZEN! So ANGRY and going to bed without dinner. The small 10-15 credit they tried to provide doesn't even measure up to the amount of money I spent on my meal this evening which I didn't enjoy because I couldn't eat. Waste of time and money. Never EVER coming back to this location.

  One of my personal favorites due to nice selection of Gluten-free food. Fresh Gluten-free buns that are delicious. Gourmet Burgers taste awesome on the days you cheat on your diet. Waitress was very understanding and worked with my dietary restrictions of Gluten-free diet,Wheat-Free Diet, and Dairy Free Diet. Not only professional and courteous but good quick service.

  I've never had a bad experience at Red Robin, neither have I ever had a 5 star experience. The food is good and the atmosphere very laid back and relaxed... You can wait for up to 45minutes to get a table though. The beer floats are really good and are highly recommended - it is an acquired taste though. Don't expect earth shattering anything at Red Robin and you'll have loads of fun. :-)
